Terms of Service
These terms apply to projects delivered by Evolve unless a signed proposal says otherwise.
Quotes and scope
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. Every project is confirmed with a written scope and fixed price before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only proceeds with your approval.
Payment
Projects generally require a deposit to commence, with the balance payable before launch. Payment terms are confirmed in your proposal or invoice.
Your responsibilities
Timelines assume content, images and feedback are supplied when requested. You confirm you have the right to use any material you provide to us.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as set out in your proposal. Additional rounds or changes of direction are quoted separately.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the website, brand assets and files created for you, including your domain and hosting accounts. Third-party tools and licences remain subject to their own terms.
Support and liability
We remain available after launch for support and improvements. We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outages caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
